The hotel offers a great central location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the spacious room with a comfortable bed, but the decor felt a bit outdated, and I encountered some issues with the elevator. It's a solid choice for short stays, especially for families.

The staff was helpful in guiding me to the best nearby food options and even gave me a map to navigate the area. One night I hit up a diner that had this amazing late-night burger that really hit the spot after a long day of walking.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess for the ease of access to everything, it was acceptable.

The location is simply delightful, a short walk to everything! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower was an absolute treat.
Old carpets that could tell stories, and let’s just say the air conditioning has a mind of its own—good luck with that!

missingWrote a review on Sept 30great locationspacious family suiteeasy accessmaintenance issues
Conveniently located close to major attractions, making sightseeing effortless and allowing a quick return for some much-needed rest. The family suite provided ample room for the group, giving us more space than many other hotels would offer.
This place desperately needs some maintenance—chipped paint, cracked tiles, and an old, rusty bathtub give off a vibe of neglect. The elevator decided to go on strike for two days during my stay, which is a hassle when you’re on the 7th floor after exploring. Additionally, no control over the thermostat in the room is less than ideal, especially since street noise from open windows can be distracting. A deep clean wouldn’t hurt either, as there were noticeable dust and stains in the corners and on the mattress. Spider webs in the corner didn’t help either.

The Harrington had a fantastic location, just a short walk to major attractions like the National Mall. My room felt spacious, with comfortable beds and a mini fridge. The staff showed friendliness and were very helpful during my stay, especially when I had questions about local sights. I enjoyed the free coffee available in the lobby every morning. However, the decor felt dated, and the cleaning could have been more thorough. I noticed some dust in the corners. The elevator had issues halfway through my stay, which was inconvenient. The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy at times, making it hard to relax. I appreciated the vintage charm but felt the hotel could definitely use some updates for a more comfortable experience.
