ideal location, convenient drop-off spot, vintage charm
They really need to update the decor!!! Rooms felt stuck in a time warp with inadequate air conditioning!!! !!! Internet barely worked, making it frustrating to stay connected!!! Please consider a maintenance overhaul!!!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions like the National Mall. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great city view. Staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable.
The hotel does show some signs of age.

The location shoots sparks—just a short stroll to iconic spots like museums and the White House. Spacious room had a mini fridge for storing drinks, and complimentary coffee in the lobby kicks your day into gear.
The room’s heating system felt like a malfunctioning hyperdrive, at times uncomfortably warm. Showers presented a rollercoaster ride with water temperature swinging from scalding to icy, making it an adventure to rinse off after a long day. Plus, the laundry room operates on limited hours—only open from 9 am to 9 pm, which felt tight after full days out.

The hotel offers a great central location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the spacious room with a comfortable bed, but the decor felt a bit outdated, and I encountered some issues with the elevator. It's a solid choice for short stays, especially for families.

The hotel was centrally located, making it easy for our family to walk to various tourist attractions. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the spacious room with a great view of the city, perfect for our family of four.
The heating was a bit hard to control, making it too warm at times.

Perfect location for site seekers
The staff was helpful in guiding me to the best nearby food options and even gave me a map to navigate the area. One night I hit up a diner that had this amazing late-night burger that really hit the spot after a long day of walking.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess for the ease of access to everything, it was acceptable.

The location is simply delightful, a short walk to everything! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower was an absolute treat.
Old carpets that could tell stories, and let’s just say the air conditioning has a mind of its own—good luck with that!

missingWrote a review on Sept 30maintenance issues
This place desperately needs some maintenance—chipped paint, cracked tiles, and an old, rusty bathtub give off a vibe of neglect. The elevator decided to go on strike for two days during my stay, which is a hassle when you’re on the 7th floor after exploring. Additionally, no control over the thermostat in the room is less than ideal, especially since street noise from open windows can be distracting. A deep clean wouldn’t hurt either, as there were noticeable dust and stains in the corners and on the mattress. Spider webs in the corner didn’t help either.
